reserves the right to edit my lisitng (including
title of website, description, keywords and photo
used) and place my site in category deemed appropriate
by the editors. |

name, domain name or company name. The DESCRIPTION
I submit will not be over 180 characters. The PHOTO
link that I submit will be for a picture that is
on my website or server and will not be over 300
x 300 pixels and will be of good quality. |

to reject a site based on poor design, inappropriate
content or content that is not directly pertinent
to Hawaii accomodations. NO
REFUNDS will be given for rejected sites. If
a site is rejected on design merits, the submitter
will be given a check list of what to change and
will have a chance to resubmit the site one more
time (1 time ONLY). |

rental portals, real estate rental sites and
sites with multiple vacation rental listings
by different owners are placed in the "Resources" section
of the directory. |

understand that if my site is added, it will be
treated as any other site in A Big Island Hawaii Vacation Rental
Directory and will receive no special consideration. |

No
part of my site is under construction. All links
on the site work and link to content. |

agree that A Big Island Hawaii Vacation Rental Directory aggregate
liability to me shall in no event exceed the amount
paid by me to A Big Island Hawaii Vacation Rental Directory. |
